会议开场示例

Good afternoon, everyone. If we are all here, let's get the ball rolling. Today, we have 3 items to discuss as the slide presents. The first item on the agenda is to decide the marketing strategy of the new product this year. To begin with,please join me in welcoming Mr.Smith, the director of the new technology group.Mr.Smith has just arrived in Beijing from US this morning and he will give us a brief introduction of our new products. So, I'd like to hand over to Mr.Smith to give us a 15-minute introduction.

知识要点总结

（1）用上午好、下午好等方式进行问候，并宣布会议开始。如Good afternoon, everyone, let's get the ball rolling.

（2）阐明会议的主要议题，若有多个议题，且有PPT配合演示，可只说明议题数量，着重说明要讨论的第一个议题。The first item on the agenda is...

（3）使用更加自然的句子间的连接词组，如“To begin with”或者“To start with”, 避免“Firstly, Secondly”这些更书面化的语言。

（4）要灵活地针对不同的话题进行话题引导。如例子中将话题hand over移交给了Mr.Smith来做一个简短的产品介绍。I'd like to hand over to Mr.Smith.
