常见的发问形式如Tell me about yourself
如果是我的话，我会这样说
Well, my name is George. I am 23 years old.I am originally from Jiangxi but I’ve lived in Beijing for more than fiveyears. I am a dedicated worker and a people person. I enjoy working as a team.I also like to be contact with the public.
最开始的自我介绍不需要太长，几句话就可以。关于教育背景和工作实习经历肯定会问，但可以放在后面。这里的originally，如果你想说你老家在哪里，不要说my hometown is，这样听上去有点low，可以用originally from。
后面的I am a dedicated worker and a people person. I enjoy working as ateam. I also like to be contact with the public.其实都是套话，直接用就可以。
How would you describe yourself?
这里有几个关键词给大家参考一下：hard working, quick learner, easy going, challenging
现在来看两个例子
I am hard working, eager to learn. I enjoyworking with other people and I love challenges.
I am a quick learner. I like being withpeople and helping people. I enjoy problem solving and challenging work. And I'mserious about my work but I also like to have fun.
同样不需要太长，两三句话就可以，上面的两个例子可以记下来。如果你觉得有困难的话，那就记关键词吧。
第二部分是Educational experience，关于教育背景
常见的发问形式如please tell me about your educational background
I graduated from Peking Universityin 2010 with a BA in Computer Science. Ever since I've been young, I've beeninterested in computers. I thought that a career in computers would be a choice.
我不是北大毕业的啦。同样也不是很长，这里面交代了学校、专业，以及选择这个专业的原因。如果你在网上去找模板，可能很多都是这样的: I graduated from Peking University. My major was Computer Science.The reason why I chose it as my major was because I am interested in ComputerScience。不是说不可以，只不过大家都这么用，会不会太老套呢？
接下来，面试的人可能会问你，你的教育背景对这份工作有什么帮助呢
How will your education help you with thisposition？
My education has taught me knowledge andprofessional skills. I have learned how to solve problems and how to succeed.
第三部分是previous job experience，关于工作经历
常见的发问形式如Can you tell me about your job experience, please?
我给大家做个示范
While I was at university, I worked as anintern at Microsoft. I just helped with office support. I worked in the mainoffice. After I graduated, I worked in the same place full-time. I was anadministration assistant.
这里面包含了毕业前的实习经历和工作职责，以及毕业后正式工作和工作内容，很简单。一般的面试这样说足够了，但如果要求高的话，还可以再详细一些，把工作内容说具体点。
How do you like the company，你觉得公司怎么样？
切记一定要说正面的，就算你不喜欢你的公司，你也不要抱怨，因为这样往往会留下不好的印象。你可以这样说
I liked the company very much. The peoplewere very nice, we all worked together very well. I've learned a lot aboutmanagement and developed my job skills
完了之后一般都少不了问你为什么离开 So why are you leaving?
怎么回答呢？
I want to learn more in a different workingenvironment. And I am looking for a job with more responsibility andflexibility.
