1.   super hard

【1】The first is you need to work, if you, depending on how well youwant to do.

【2】Particularly if you're starting a company, you need to work superhard.

【3】So what does super hard mean?  超级努力是什么意思呢？

【4】Well, when my brother and I were starting up our first company，instead of getting an apartment, we just rented a small office.

【5】And we slept on the couch.  我们都睡在沙发上。

【6】And we showered at the YMCA。我们在基督教青年会洗澡。

【7】We're so hard up. 我们很拮据。

【9】The website was up during the day, and I was coding at night, sevendays a week, all the time.

【10】And I briefly had a girlfriend at that period.  这期间我短暂交过一位女友.

【11】And in order to be with me, she had to sleep in the office.

【12】So I work hard like at every waking hour.

【13】That's the thing I would say particularly if you are starting acompany.

【14】And if you do simple math, say like, if somebody else is working 50hours, and you're working 100，you'll get twice as muchdone in the course of a year as the other company.
