1 Good morning. 早上好。
morning n.早晨; 上午；
in the morning：在早上，例如：I always drink a cup of coffee in the morning. 我早上总是会喝一杯咖啡。
on the morning: 具体某一天的早上，或者出现天气状况时，要用介词on，例如：
on Monday morning在周一的早上；
on the morning of December 15, 2015（读法：on the morning of December fifteenth, two thousand and fifteen），在2015年12月15号的早上；
on a windy morning在一个刮风的早上。
2 Sleepy head 小瞌睡虫
sleepy adj. 困倦的; 昏昏欲睡的，
head n. 脑袋。
3 Wake up 醒醒
wake /weɪk/：v. 醒来；唤醒。
wake sb up：叫某人起床，例如：Go and wake your daddy up. 去把把爸爸叫醒！
sb wake up：某人醒来，例如：I always wake up at 7 o’clock in the morning. 我早上总是在7点钟醒来。
4 Wakey wakey 醒醒
wakey源自动词“wake”醒来，是一个用来叫他人起床的常用说法，经常用于口语和绘本中。
5 Time to get up. 该起床了！
完整的表达是It is time to get up.
It is time to +动词原形：表示该做什么事情了。
例如：It is time to wash your face. 该洗脸了。
It is time to brush your teeth该刷牙了。
6 Time to wake up.
完整的表达是It is time to wake up.
Wake up侧重的是从睡眠状态清醒的动作；get up侧重的是从床上起来的动作。
7 Get out of the bed：起床啦。
“get out of the bed”的字面意思是“从床上下来”，表达的是“起床”的意思；“get out of the bed”与上一句time to get up的意思相同，都指“起床”的动作。
on the bed和in (the) bed区别
in (the) bed：指完全在床上，一般是指在被子里面，在床上待了很长时间，例如睡觉。如果一个人的状态是in (the) bed，那从床上下来，就是get out of the bed。
on the bed：指你只是在床上，并没有在被子里，只是在床上短暂的躺一下或者坐一下。所以，如果你是on the bed，那对应的就是get off the bed。

11 Stretch/stretch your body伸个懒腰。
stretch：v.伸展，舒展。
Stretch：v.伸手去够。例如：I stretched out a hand and picked up the book. 我伸出一只手，把书捡起来。
12 Stop lying in bed. 别赖床了。
lie：v. 躺
lie in bed：躺在床上。
Stop doing sth. 表示停止正在做的事。例如：Stop throwing those stones! 别再扔那些石头了！
stop to do sth：中断当前正在做的某事，然后去做另一件事。例如：Let's stop to have lunch first. 让我们先停下来去吃午饭吧。
13 The alarm clock is ringing. 闹钟响了。
ring=go off。
set the alarm clock：定闹钟。例如：I set the alarm clock for 7 o'clock. 我把我把闹钟定在7点钟。
14 Open your eyes.睁开眼睛。
close your eyes.闭上眼睛。

Rub v. 揉，
揉腿：rub legs。

close/shut（英） the curtains：拉上窗帘
