perfume (法语parfume): the version of a perfume that has the highest concentration of fragrant essential oils ( 20-30%) 

eau de perfume (15-20%) 

eau de toilette (5-15%)

eau de cologne (2-4%)

Designer Brand: it refers to fragrances by brands with core products besides fragrance, usually mass-marketed. 

Niche Brand: brands or “houses’ specialised in fragrance that are generally less commercial and rarer to find.
