Instead of causing troubles to others, every member is supposed to remove stress peacefully. Music, travel, sports and other recreational activities can boost the adrenaline rush and accelerate the body, thus refreshing the mind. In addition, help and consultation from psychological therapists and doctors are highly recommended. With proper guidance from professionals, people are more likely to find their unique ways for stress to vanish.

By way of conclusion, increasing mental pressure from work and living is one possible explanation to anti-social deeds. However, with everyone shouldering the responsibility of self-discipline and stress relief, a harmonious society can still be achieved.
