澳大利亚证券和投资委员会于当地时间11月30日正式对该国“四大银行”之一的西太平洋银行（Westpac）提起六项诉讼，指控其存在“普遍的合规性失误”，并影响了超过11000名已故客户。西太平洋银行承认，在过去的十多年间，他们向超过11000名已经去世的客户收取了价值超过1000万澳元（约合4550万人民币）的“咨询费”。
