[Shanghai Gov't Updates Online Services Platform]

The latest version of Shanghai government's online services platform officially opened today. It features three special versions -- one for the visually impaired, one for seniors, and another for foreigners. 

The one for the visually impaired reads each option to users. The English version provides information tailored to expats and foreign companies about processing visas and policies that may have an impact on their lives or businesses. The one for the elderly has a larger font and buttons. During the trial period, the website averaged 420,000 visits from desktop computers, up 30% to the previous version. Officials say technologies like AI and blockchain will be introduced to provide better public service. 

今天，上海新版"一网通办"总门户举行上线开通仪式。自去年10月试运行以来，"一网通办"PC端访问量日均42万余次，手机端访问量日均近1600万余次，较改版前提升了三成左右。

而今天开通的新版"一网通办" 操作更加人性化。
