1.be there for sb

守候/陪着某人

Don't be afraid. We'll be there for you.

别害怕。我们会陪着你的。

2.定语从句：限定/补充名词

The people that are there for you其中that are there for you就是一个定语从句，意思是“陪伴你的”，限定the people，相当于一个形容词。若定语从句前面没有逗号，则先翻译从句，再翻译被修饰词；若有逗号，顺着翻译即可。

3. at night 在晚上，这是固定搭配；但是如果night前面有修饰词，此时要用介词on:

at night 在晚上

on a cold night 在一个寒冷的晚上

类似的情况：

in the morning/afternoon/evening

早上/下午/晚上

on an October morning/afternoon/evening

在一个十月的早上/下午/晚上

4.be worth (doing) sth 值得(做)某事

The food is worth the money.

这食物值这个价。

This idea is well worth considering. 

这个想法很值得考虑。

It's worth making an appointment before you go. 

去之前预约一下是值得的。
