A:Yes.You'll have many opportunities to grow in this company as long as you do well.

B:That's perfect.I will definitely do well.

这里的interesting用来形容people,是因为这里可以吧people这个集体名词只做一个普通的名词，不去考虑实际意义。因此，一般句中，对主语修饰才用interested
