终于！我们等到了位子准备要点餐了！很多同学出国吃饭的时候就卡在了点餐这一步啊，坐在餐厅里看着菜单头都大了啊~那…就使用this that大法吧！指着菜单this，this and this thank you，点餐完毕……我们今天就来学习一下点餐的套路和句型，让你以后喊服务生过来不再发怵~

Staff: Hi, Can I start you off with something to drink? 

Will: A beer for me and apple juice for her please.

Staff: No problem. Please have a look at the menu, and I’ll be right back with your drinks.

Staff: Here’s your beer and your apple juice. Are you ready to order now?

Jenny: Um.. Not yet. There are so many choices. I couldn’t decide!

Will: What do you recommend?

Staff: Oh, I highly recommend our roasted chicken, also, if you like seafood, we havereally nice spicy shrimps and salmon. 

Will: Ok I’ll have the second one please.

Jenny: I’m allergic to seafood so I can’t have that. But the chicken sounds nice, I’ll take that.

Staff: Alright. Would you like to order dessert now or later?

Will: We’ll order later thanks.

Staff: Okay. Your meal will be here shortly. Thank you.

如果你的选择困难症犯了或者发现整个菜单都没有认识的！好尴尬！又想装作很老练的样子，怎么办！这时候就优雅地合上菜单。

问服务生：What do you recommend？

你有什么推荐的嘛？

或者What’s your special today?

你们今天有什么特价菜嘛？

推荐了你觉得还不错就可以说：

I’ll have that. 或者 I’ll take that.

另外如果有过敏物的小伙伴要记得这句：

I’m allergic [əˈlɜ:rdʒɪk]  to …

例：I’m allergic to seafood.

我对海鲜过敏。

I’m allergic to peanuts.

我对花生过敏。
