Describe something you do to keep healthy

You should say:

whenand where you usually do it;

how you do it;

and explain why it keeps you healthy;



Well, when it comes to something I usually do to keep myself healthy, I would like to share with you a well-known daily exercise, which is morning running.  

 

As it literally indicates, morning running is type of ordinary exercise, meaning running during the morning. Personally speaking, morning running is a fantastic way to keep ourselves healthy and prevent unexpected illnesses. As a college student who is occupied by(被….占据) a large sum of coursework and homework, I can only spare some time during the weekends to go morning running.

 

In terms of where I usually do it, I cannot name a specific place, but I would say I prefer going to some adjacent parks near my residence, which are quite suitable. When doing morning running, I usually listen to my favorite music on my MP3 and enjoy my run around the park.

 

Running, especially morning running, is not only a very simple exercise that requires no special skills for people to do, but it’s also a beneficial way to relieve us fromhigh levels oftiredness and frustration(让我们从过度疲劳和受挫中缓解过来). It serves as a refreshment, in particular, for those who work in offices where their eyes are almost fixed on the screens of their computers(他们的眼睛几乎固定在了电脑屏幕上), or for students who are on their computers and mobile phones all the time. No matter how(无论多么地…) busy and preoccupied I am, morning running is always on my agenda(在我的日程安排中), and I see it as both a way of keeping myself healthy and a lifelong habit.
