Coverage
保险责任:To indemnify the Insured against all sums which the Insured shall become legally liable to pay as damages consequent upon:
i)accidental bodily injury to Third Parties
ii)accidental loss of or damage to the property of Third Parties
caused by any of the Insured Products thereof which have been sold or supplied by the insured in connection with its business
In respect of any claim covered under this Policy, the Insurer shall in addition indemnify the Insured against the relevant litigation costs payable by the Insured and other expenses incurred in the above mentioned occurrence with the prior written consent of the Insurer.
偿付被保险人因下列原因所造成的直接损失所应负的法律责任：
i)对第三方人身造成的伤害
ii)对第三方财产造成损失或破坏
以上各项的发生是在被保险人业务范围内由被保险人销售及供应的产品引起。
对被保险人应付索赔人的诉讼费用以及经保险人书面同意负责的诉讼及其他费用,保险人亦负责赔偿,但本项费用与责任赔偿金额之和以本保险单明细表中列明的责任限额为限。
