Reading and Training系列（以下简称RT系列），RT系列共分为6个级别，有43本。每个级别，按照顺序，难度依次提高，句型也逐渐复杂化。
与黑猫出版社的其他系列一样，RT系列中英国作品为英式发音，美国作品为美式发音，配套的MP3音频生动活泼，聆听时，会如同身历其境一般，让故事更真实。RT系列故事为经典名著改编本或当代原创作品，内容精简生动，且保有原味，增加阅读的趣味。
