My health plan
Good health is very important to students. A heathy lifestyle is a good for our grades.
I am planning to get up eraly and doing morning sports thirty minutes.And I eat healthy breakfast.I try to eat less junk food .And eat more fruits.And then ,I play computer games less.
At last ,I should exercise every day.
I think I can have a heathy lifestyle .And I can have a good grades on my sutdy.

Good health is very important to students.In the coming vocation,I decide to make my own health plan.

First,getting up early is a good habit for health.And morning exercise is needed,too.Then, a balanced breakfast can provide energy for better performance.In the day life,I will eat more fruit in stead of junk food.In the end,keeping away from computer games does good to our body health.In the mean time,regular exercise will make us more and more healthy.
