投资太高，收入增长慢，消费力赶不上产能，产能过剩，经济增速受限，政府进一步增加投资基建，然后通涨，消费力进一步下降，于是滞胀，导致经济危机，资本解体重归市场再拉平比列后经济重新前行。是收入跑不盈通涨，。

通胀的出现，需要引入货币发行。而这个本质上又是因为投资的效率不高带来的债务增长。
