Task 5 Time Conflict—Career Fair vs Work Shift

The man runs into a time conflict between attending a career fair and working his shift at the restaurant. He’s got two possible solutions. First, he could switch hours with his coworkers. Alternatively, he could try to stop by the fair before work on that day. Considering his situation, I’d probably suggest him to take the former. Apparently, landing a good job should be the priority for him considering graduation is around the corner. Plus, it shouldn’t be hard to find a colleague to switch work hours with him. The catch with the latter solution, however, is that even though he could make some contacts at the fair if he stops by, he’d miss the best companies cuz they don’t come early. With all things considered, he should just try to change his shift even though he may disappoint his boss who’s been helpful with the man’s work schedule. However, priority is a priority.
