Is Tether backed by Fiat Website changes seem to say otherwise

Stablecoin giant Tether recently updated its website to state that the company’s reserves are not backed by one-to-one by the US dollar. Language explaining the product previously stated that each Tether would always be backed one-to-one by traditional fiat currency held in reserve.
