Pass the buck.

Meaning: to make someone else responsible for something that you should deal with.

Examples：

Don't pass the buck. It's your fault, and everybody knows it.

不要推卸责任，这是你的错，大家都知道。

Some people try to pass the buck whenever they can.

有些人能推卸责任的时候就推卸责任。
