After 12 years and 279 episodes, "The Big Bang Theory" ended with an emotional finale that attracted the biggest audience in recent years. The one-hour finale on May 16 of CBS' longest-running sitcom gathered an audience rating of 3.2 among adults aged 18 to 49 years, the show's highest since January 2018.

The show was known for its unprecedented portrayal of scientists as main characters and its affectionate depiction of nerd culture.

Kensington Palace took to social media and shared some new photos of the royal family frolicking around in a new garden co-designed by the Duchess of Cambridge. The "Back to Nature" garden will be unveiled at the Chelsea Flower Show in London, which starts on Tuesday. The garden is aimed at getting children to go outside and play.

The US government's 90-day temporary general license for Huawei "bears little meaning" and Huawei is fully prepared, said Huawei CEO Ren Zhengfei on Tuesday. Ren made the statement in an interview with Chinese media in Shenzhen on Tuesday, adding Huawei is grateful for US enterprises' contributions to them, and many of his counselors are from US companies such as IBM.

Ren also expressed confidence in Huawei's 5G competence, saying it would not be affected by the restrictions. He predicted that no other parties would be able to catch up with the company in 5G technology in the next two to three years.

US sneaker giant Nike and fancy shoemaker Allen Edmonds have joined the chorus of business groups calling for the White House to hit the brakes on its move to raise duties on Chinese shoes and other products.
