And this is why it`s important to tell this to young people

You know，i think the secret to success，it doesn`t matter if

You come from a little village or from a big town
你来自小村庄或者大都市
There`s one thing that you have to do and that is you，first of all，work your ass off
有意见事是你必须要做的，首先，你要开始行动
And number two，you have to have a very clear vision of where you want to go
第二点，你必须有一个对自己要去哪非常清晰的愿景
You have to be brave
你必须要勇敢
You have to be tough
你必须要坚强
You have to have the discipline to follow through
你必须有要遵守的纪律
Everyone has a problem with time
每个人都有过困苦的时候
But the day has 24 hours and we sleep 6
Now i know there are some out there that say“woah，woah，woah...”
我知道有人说“哇哦，哇哦，哇哦...”
I need 8
我需要8小时
Well i say just sleep a little faster
但是我想说入睡快一些
Because the bottom line is：we have 6 hours of sleep
因为底线是：我们有6小时睡眠
24 hours available so you have 18 hours available to your work
24小时的时间，所以你有18小时自由支配
Your family your hobbies and also to learn something new or do something new
你的家人，你的兴趣，还需要学习一些新东西，做一些新事情
Which could easily be that you，want to learn a new language or you say“i`m gonna go and reshape my body！”
你想要学一门新语言会变得很容易，或者你说“我要健身！”
So you`re gonna go and take this hour out of your schedule and say“I`m gonna train an hour every day！”
所以你要从计划中拿出这个时间，说“我每天要锻炼1小时！”
So this is,for most people a huge challenge but it is totally doable
所以，对于大多数人，是一个巨大的挑战，但是可以实现的
I can tell them！Because the kind of things that i did when i came to this country i mean...
我可以告诉他们！我就是这样做的，我刚来这个国家，我意思是...
I went to school i was working in construction,i was working out my 5 hours a day,
我上的建筑学，我每天锻炼5小时
I was taking acting classes from 8o`clock at night to 12 at midnight,i was doing all of those things
我每天从晚上8点开始学表演，到晚上12点，我做各种事情
I wanted to make sure that,out of the 24 hours of the day
我想要确保一天24小时
I don`t waste one single hour
我一个小时都不想浪费
Those hours were too precious
这些时间太珍贵了
And so then i just want to tell people：don`t give me this thing
所以我就告诉人们，别给我这事
“I have a different time and i don`t have time for this and i don`t have...!”
我有艰难时刻，我没时间做这个，我没有...
You have time！You make the time！
你有时间，你决定时间
Wherever i go people ask me all the time“what is the secret to success？”
不管我去哪儿，都有人问我“成功的秘诀是什么？”
Find your vision！And follow it！
找到你的愿景！遵循它！
You see，i think it is the most important thing that we have a very clear vision of where we go
你知道么？我觉得最重要的是对自己的未来非常有清晰的认识
A goal... where do we go？
一个目标...我们去哪儿呢？
Because you can have the best ship in the world,you can have the best cruise liner
因为你可以有世界上最好的船，你可以有最棒的邮轮
but if the captain does not know where to go,that ship will drift around the world and out there at sea and will never end up anywhere
如果船长不知道要去哪里，船就会在世界四处游荡，最终那都无法抵达
And this is exactly the way it is in real lift！
这就是真正生活对的方式！
If you don`t have a goal,if you don`t have a vision,you just drift around an you`re not gonna be happy
如果你没有目标，你没有愿景，你只是四处游荡，你不会快乐
The simple truth is:if you don`t have a vision,if you don`t have a goal
简单的事实是，如果你没有愿景，没有目标
If you don`t see your future laid out in front of you,you are just floating around without a purpose
如果你没有明确的目标，你只是在漫无目的的游荡
Never ever think small
永远不要轻视自己
If you`re going to accomplish anything you have to think big
如果你要实现什么，你必须把自己想的强大!
You have to go and shoot for the stars!
你要追求一鸣惊人
The biggest challenge most people have is because they think small
大多数人最大的挑战是轻视自己
And the reason why people think small and why they choose small，little goals is because they are afraid to fail
人们轻视自己，选择小目标的原因是，因为他们害怕失败
They know that,if you shoot for a big goal,then the chances of failure are very high
他们知道，如果目标远大，失败的可能性就更高
And they are afraid of failing
他们害怕失败
It`s one of the most common things why people are frozen
这是人们停滞不前最大的原因
Why they can`t make a move in life because they are scared of failing
他们无法前进的原因，是因为害怕失败
I say to myself “hey!i`m not worried about failing because that`s part of life”
我对自己说“我不担心失败，因为那是生活的一部分！”
You`re not gonna be winning everything!
你无法赢得一切！
And how far can you fall? This is the ground,this is as far as i can fall!
你能跌多远呢？这就是地面，仅此而已
And you know something?
你知道么？
The only time you ever really consider failure is if you fall and you don`t get up
你唯一需要担心的是跌倒了不再爬起来
So remember?never think small,think big!
所以记住，不要轻视自己，重视自己！
Work your ass off
开始行动
Nobody ever stumbled upon success by accident
没有人是随随便便成功的
I mean you never want to fail because you didn`t work hard enough
我的意思是，永不失败的唯一方法是不去迈开第一步
I always believed “no stone unturned”
我一直相信“不遗余力”
Work your butt off,that`s what i always believe
开始行动吧，这是我一直所相信的
No matter what you do work ,work ,work!
不管你做什么，去做，去做，去做！
So just remember you can`t climb that ladder of success with your hands in your pockets
记住你的手插在兜里，是无法翻过成功的阶梯的
You must work your ass off!it`s that simple
你必须要动起来！就这么简单
Have a vision！Think big！
有愿景！大胆想！
Ignore the nay-sayers! Work your ass off and give back and change the world
忽视那些否定者!开始改变世界吧！
