Lesson 124 Asking about friends

Lesson 124 :Asking about friends. 问候朋友。      

1) So, how have you been?  那么，你过得怎么样？ 

2) I'm doing pretty well, how are you? 我过得很好，你好吗?

3) I've had some health problems and was in the hospital for awhile.  我的身体健康出了点问题，在医院住了一段时间。  

4) Was it serious? 很严重吗？   

5) I'm much better now, and have been recovering at home. 我现在好多了，一直在家里调养恢复健康。

6) I'm glad you are doing better.我很高兴你好多了。 

7) What is the prognosis? 预测病情如何？

8) The doctor says that I should be completely well in 4 week.  医生说我应该在4周内完全康复。

9) Do you have limitations on your diet? 您的饮食有限制吗？                                        

10) Yes, I need to watch my weight and cut down on fatty foods.  是的，我需要注意自己的体重，减少高脂肪食物的摄入。     

11) I need to cut back on sugary foods. 我需要减少吃含糖多的食物。                               

12) He weighs himself every day. 他每天秤自己的体重。  

13) She suffers from diabetes. 她患有糖尿病。 

14) Bob has high blood pressure. 鲍勃有高血压。   

15) I belong to a group that exercises daily at the gym, so that we stay healthy.   我属于每天在健身房锻炼的一群人，以便我们保持身体健康。
