Their poppa was on holiday,so they were looking after his budgie,called Buddy.
“We have to take very good care of him,”said Dad.
“Buddy likes to look in his mirror!”said Holly.
“He likes talking to himself,too,”laughed Luca.
Luca and Holly played with Buddy all day .
The next morning,Luca went outside to get his football.
But he forgot to shut the door and Buddy flew away. “Holly!”cried Luca. “Buddy is outside!Come and help me catch him.” Holly ran out to help.
Then,Luca saw Buddy up on the balcony of Jim’s house.
Buddy was sitting on a plant.
“Come down here,Buddy,”called Holly.Buddy stayed on the plant.
