Now, I’d like to invite you to do an imagination exercise, “Light stream”. This exercise is helpful to sweep away bad body sensations.
Now, please find a comfortable place to sit down or lie down. Just set down your body… take deep breath… and close your eyes if you want. You can notice where you are… notice the temperature in the room… You can feel your body… the contact of your body to the chair or the bed. You can feel your breath…Very good.
Now, I’d like to invite to scan your body from the head to the toe… Notice the negative body sensation part, check where it is… what size it has… give it a surrounding… Notice what form it is…what color it is…what temperature… what texture it is…How does it feel…How does it sound… Very good…
And imagine that there comes a healing light in the color you like, shining on you… The light comes from the universe with endless energy… Maybe it’s warming or cooling light…Allow this light to shine your skin into your body…allow this light to flow through your body… Notice how it feels…If you like, let the light flow around and through your bad feeling body part… Realize how it feels having this healing light in this area and what it does to it…
Notice what change happens to the discomfort part, the size…the color…the texture…the temperature… or the sound…. Please perceive the feeling given by the healing light. Notice the positive changes you are experiencing… If you want, you can fill your whole body with healing soothing light…Very good…
Alright, please let the light go for now. You can have it back whenever you like. Maybe you want your light flowing down into your feet and then down into the ground or you want it to disperse in all directions…
