A new research has found that many major disease hit more and more young people. Although modern medicine is quite well developed, the number of young people who suffer from cancer, cardiovascular disease and other major disease is increasing.
Why has this phenomenon taken place? There are generally three factors accounting for it. Firstly, the increasingly serious environment pollution poses a great threat to the health of young people. Secondly, faced with great working stress and mental pressure, the alarm bells of the health status of many young people start ringing. Thirdly, the unhealthy lifestyle, such as smoking, excessive drinking, and little exercise, is another important factor that leads to the phenomenon.
In my perspective, young people are the mainstays of our society. They should develop good habits and keep healthy. Only in this way can young people shoulder the heavy responsibilities endowed by our country and society.
