Anytime you start something new, anytime you set out on a new path, any time you move out of your comfort zone, you're going to go through what is basically, if you could imagine, a bell curve of frustration.

All right? You're going to be excited. You're going to be pumped. You're going to have the momentum to carry you through the first two or three or four days. Maybe it's a week. Maybe it's three weeks. It's different for everybody.
明白吗?你会兴奋无比,你会斗志昂扬,你拥有十足的动力,它让你顺利度过最初的几天,一周,或者三周,具体时长因人而异。
But the point is, is that when you get excited about something, we have a natural energy that pushes us through. But what happens when that energy fades? What happens when you start to get frustrated? What happens when you start to feel like a grind, and things get grueling and they get gritty, and they get tough, and it gets harder to move through the process every single day? What happens then?
然而,重点是,你因为某件事情感到兴奋时,你就会有动力,它能让你奋勇向前。可是,如果这个动力变弱了,会怎样?如果你开始感到沮丧,会怎样?如果你开始觉得,自己很受折磨,一切都让你筋疲力尽,事情变得非常棘手,条件异常艰苦,每天都变得越来越难熬,会怎样?那时你该怎么办?
