Success and failure are not giant events. They don't just show up. You don't just suddenly become successful or suddenly have this cataclysmic event that makes you fail. It may look that way.
成功和失败不是什么大事，它们不会凭空出现。你不会突然成功，也不会突然遇到的让你失败的事。从表面上看，可能是这样的。
But failure comes from all the little things. It's failure to make the call. It's failure to check the books. It's failure to say I'm sorry. It's failure to push yourself to do things physically that you don't want to do.
但是，失败是从很多小事积累起来的。没有打出去的电话，没有查阅的书籍，没有说出口的“对不起”，没能强迫自己去做应该做的事，这些都是失败。
And all those little failures day afterday come together into one day, some cataclysmic event happens, you blame that. That event happened because you missed all the little stuff. And success, by the way, is not some overnight event. It's all these little things.
一天有一天，这些小失败累积起来，到了某一天，最糟糕的事情发生了，你认为这才是罪魁祸首。而这样的事情发生，是因为很多小事你没做好。而且，成功，也不是一蹴而就的。成功，也是从小事积累起来的。
Success is having a vision. Success is making it compelling. Success is really seeing it, feeling it every day with strong enough reasons. Success is feeling the sense that I'm here to grow, and I'm here to give something to the world, more than just myself.
成功，是有远见。成功，是让它变得不可抗拒。成功，是每天都有足够的信念去见证和感知。成功，是一种感受，它意味着，我要成长，我要向世界做贡献，而不是仅仅为自己奋斗。
All the little stuff. That's where success comes from. In business, it comes from delivering more than anybody can imagine. All those little things add up. People go, wow that's who I want to do business with. It's true in any area of your life.
这些小事，累积起来，就是成功的源头。在做生意这方面，成功来源于创造出人意料的东西。所有的小事，累积起来。人们会说，哇，这才是我理想的生意伙伴。在你人生的其它领域，这个道理也适用。
