Advice to my younger self - Nathan Harmon

I get asked all the time if I could go back and talk to the younger me, what would I say. 

人们总是问我，如果我能回到过去，跟年轻时的自己聊一聊，我会说什么。

And if I was going to go back and talk to the younger me, really it would be like me talking to many of all the younger youth, it'd be like me talking to my younger son.

如果我能回到过去，跟年轻时的自己聊一聊，这就像我现在和很多年轻人聊天一样，这就像我现在和自己的小儿子聊天一样。

And the number one thing that I would say is don't let anybody tell you what you can't, you won't, or you shouldn't do. 

我会说到的第一个点，就是，不要让任何人告诉你，你做不到什么，你不会或不应该做什么。

Everybody will try to put a limit on you. But what I've learned is that nobody can stop you but you, and that you are going to have to break your own limit.

每个人都会想办法限制你。但是，根据我学到的经验，除了你自己之外，没有人能让你停下脚步，你必须学会突破自己的极限。
