8-4 For patients with self-limited disease, they need to take morerest drink water and could recover in about a week's time. for self-limitdiseases they normally have three stages, namely incubation period, progressionperiod and convalescence period.

 In the incubation period thevirus enters the human body and replicates itself. But there are no clinical symptoms,in the progression stage, the immune system and the virus confront each other andenters a standoff. This will cause infectious symptoms such as pneumonia, inthe convalescence stage, the immune system defeats the virus and the patient willrecover.
