A:Sabes, me gusta mucho venir a este lugar, la calidad de la comida y del servicio son excelentes.

A:Cierto, se me antoja un buen vino Rioja Espanol,˜ ¿alguna sugerencia?

B:¿Que te apetece comer? Porque de eso depende´si ordeno un vino tinto o un blanco. Si quieres comer salmon, creo que va mejor con un vino´blanco.
What do you feel like eating? Because that would dictate whether I order a red wine or white. If you want to eat salmon, I think a good white wine would go better.
A:Tienes un paladar muy exigente, yo por lo general tomo vino tinto con todo.
You have a very demanding palette. I usually drink red wine with everything.
B:No me considero un sommelier pero me apasiona el vino y la combinacion con ciertos platillos es´crucial.
I don’t consider myself a sommelier but wine is a passion of mine, and its pairing with certain dishes is crucial.
A:Entonces ¿que vamos a ordenar? ¿un vino joven,´o uno mas robusto?´
So, what wine are we going to order? A young one, or one with a fuller body?
B:Me gusta algo afrutado, no muy seco, hasta podr´ıamos considerar un vino aleman un Riesling´o bien un Chardonnay.
I’d like something fruity, not too dry. We could even consider a German wine like a Riesling, or maybe a Chardonnay.
A:No sabr´ıa cual elegir...´
I wouldn’t know which to pick...
B:Ambos son buenas opciones pero podr´ıamos probar algo mas original, como un Chenin Blanc´que es una cepa que se puede combinar muy bien y el sabor var´ıa de seco a dulce.
Both are good options but we could try something more original, like a Chenin Blanc, which is a grape that can go with many flflavors, from dry to sweet.
A:Eres todo un conocedor de vinos, voy a confifiar en tu recomendacion.´
