Confidence comes and goes in life, different ages, different times. It's a bit like a… what are those things that come in and out tides. I, you definitely get more of it, as you get older. I'd say, depending on your, on what's happened to you.
自信会在时常出没在生活中，在不同的年龄，不同的时代，它就像潮水一样涨落。随着年龄的增长，你会更了解自信。可以这么说，自信，取决于你经历了什么。
So you can look forward to that, that's always the basic thing. As you get older, you lose lots of things, like the function of basic organs, the whole you know youth collagen thing… but you get the confidence.
最重要的是，你得一直期待自信。当你年纪越来越大，你会失去很多东西，就像身体器官失去功能，失去对年轻胶原蛋白的了解......但是你获得了自信。
Friendship? I learned about friendship in 53 years. Well, it is the most important thing of all, dear people! And I am definitely made I'm here today because of my friendships. They're the most precious things that I have, don't take it for granted. I'm very good at taking friendship, I'm not sure if I'm very good at giving it back.
友情？53年的时光里我学会了友情。亲爱的朋友们，这是最重要的！我今天能来这里就是因为友情的缘故！友情是我拥有的最珍贵的东西，千万不要将它当做理所当然。我非常擅长接受友谊，但是我不确定我是否擅长回报。
The thing is, for people need time. It's very difficult to give all your friends that the time they deserve. Particularly when you've got the children, the poppy which I just got, and the mother and the relatives… so people take and they deserve the time. But I always feel I haven't got enough, not to give people, not every friend that I have the time they deserve.
问题是，人们都需要时间（维持友谊），你很难给到你所有朋友应有的时间。尤其是你有了小孩，我还刚养了一只小狗，妈妈还有一些亲戚......他们会得到属于他们的时间。但我总感觉我没有足够的时间去给别人，并非我所有的朋友都有他们应得的时间。
Love is the best and you're lucky to get it, but even if you're not getting it you can still give it. And I hope the person I really admire when in doubt I go to Maya Angelou, but she said something about you can always be um… it's a bit cheesy about being a rainbow, somebody else's cloud.
如果你很幸运能拥有爱那是最好的，即使你还没有得到爱，你同样可以去付出爱。当我产生疑惑的时候，会很钦佩玛雅·安罗杰。她说你可以永远是别人的......云彩，说彩虹可能有点厚脸皮了。
But it's the same sort of gist of what my mom’s always taught me. It's like you can feel like ? but you couldn't. There's not a day and you couldn't, you might not be able to change all your own circumstances but you can help somebody else's, so that's a good thing to live by.
这其实和我妈妈教我的一样，就像你可以感受到它吗？不能，也许你从未感受到它，可能你无法改变你所处的环境，但是你可以去帮助别人，这是一件很好的事。
I think as you get older, if you go through stuff that life throws at you, your ambition fades a bit. I think I was rapidly ambitious, more ambitious when I was 12.
我觉得随着年龄的增长，经历过很多事情之后，你的雄心壮志会慢慢消减。我的雄心壮志很在就有了，可能在我12岁的时候就有了。
And then in my twenties and thirties and forties that matter to me, I think it matters less and less. Because I realize there’re other things in the career, but I'm so lucky to be working.
但是等我到了二十，三十，四十岁的时候，那些当时对我来说至关重要的事情却显得微不足道了。因为我意识到在我的职业生涯中还有更重要的事情，所以我很庆幸我能一直工作。
What have I learned about star people arguing not much? What have I… A star can't really be learned I don't think... A star means so much, not really about what you're wearing or how you put things together. But it's kind of like an inner vibe and also no one is ever getting better than you, at you. Does it make sense?
关于明星争吵不多我学会了什么？我学会...我不认为一个明星是能学得来的......明星意味着很多，不仅仅是你的穿着或者如何将它们搭配在一起。它有点像内在的感觉，没有人能比你更好，这样说的通么？
You know as you get older, what's the good thing about getting older, apart from the further year, it's a pain when you just get less so-called beautiful.
随着年龄的增长，变老的好处除了新的一年到来，你会发现当你变得不那么年轻美丽会有点痛苦。
It’s that you see beauty in others and you see “oh my god! I've never really appreciated collagen or plumpy flesh on others until you lose it yourself.” So it's when you lose something, then you see it and that's exciting, otherwise it's kind of overrated.
这是因为你眼中看到别人的美丽，然后惊叹“哦，我的天！我从来没有真正欣赏过别人身上的胶原蛋白或紧致的皮肤，直到你自己失去这些。” 因此，当你失去某些东西，再次看到它会令人兴奋，否则它就是被高估了。
What do I learned about giving back? You can't really redress the balance of privilege. I mean what I've been given is huge. Where I was born in the parents I was born with… I already had my luck as soon as I came out of the womb.
我从回报中学会了什么？你不可能真正地去平衡一些特权。我的意思是我拥有的是非常多的，从我出生那一刻开始，甚至当我还在母胎里的时候我就是非常幸运的了。
But that's not to say that I haven't been through bad times. And the little smidgen is a bad time, makes you feel if I can do anything to stop other another person having a smidgen of a bad time, then your days well spent.
但那并不代表我的生活都是一帆风顺的。而是在这种点滴的困难时刻，让你觉得如果我能做点什么来帮助别人渡过困难时刻，那么你的时光就没有白费了。
