Today is Tongue Twister Tuesday. Sometimes, I use tongue twisters in my classes. The students love to try them. Of course, they want to compete to see who can do it the best and the fastest.

The best way to say them is to start out saying them slowly and clearly. Then, after you practice some, you can increase your speed.

Have fun with today’s tongue twister. And remember that the more you practice, the better you’ll be at English pronunciation. 

Tongue Twister

“A Tudor who tooted the flute

tried to tutor two tooters to toot.

Said the two to the tutor,

"Is it harder to toot or

to tutor two tooters to toot?”
