I usually get up at 7:00 am. For breakfast, I usually have eggs and milk. I think they are good for my health and milk is my favorite drink. For lunch and dinner, I like eating meat and vegetables. They not only taste delicious but also make me energetic (精力充沛的).What’s more,(而且) I often eat an apple after dinner, because I believe(相信) the old saying(我相信那句老话) “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”.( 一天一苹果,医生远离我; ) I also like junk food,( 垃圾食品) but I don’t eat it,
because it’s not good for me and I don’t want to be fat. (因为这对我不好,我不想发胖) As the saying goes “Eat well in the morning, be full at noon and eat little in the evening.”(俗话说/常言道/古人云,早吃好,午吃饱,晚吃少) I eat well every day. ( 我每天都吃得很好。 )
