Armand Cao is the Managing Director of Digital Renaissance Foundation. 

He is deeply involved in the Polkadot and the Near ecosystem; he has strategically been supporting projects built on top of Polkadot, such as Acala and Bifrost.  He has also been actively participating the governance of DeFi projects like YFII.
