John and Sally go to elementary school. Their first class starts at 8 a.m. They go to their homeroom. They stand up, face the flag, and say the Pledge of Allegiance before their class begins. Then their teacher, Mrs. Smith, starts their lessons. They study math, social studies, English, and art, and then they go to the cafeteria for lunch.
After lunch, they have recess, so all the students go outside and play for a while. Then they learn science, history, and music. Finally, it's 3 o'clock. It's time for them to go home!
