Thank you for your question.I have to admit that nobody is perfect.I do have some shortcomings.I always feel that I am not a very confident person, and I am a little afraid that it is difficult to speak in public. When I first spoke on stage, I was so nervous that I spoke very fast. Lacked self-confidence , I knew that I had to overcome this fear. In order to improve myself, I have participated in various speech activities organized by the school since the sophomore year. As long as having a chance, I will try enthusiastically. Whenever we are not confident, we should not stage fright, pass positive energy is necessary, not afraid of failure, failure is the mother of success. In fact, failure is nothing, we are still young.Gradually, I discovered that it is fun and fulfilling to show my ideas to the audience and make them understand. Thanks to my previous efforts, I am at least more confident than before. I hope I can continue to improve and become more and more confident.

感谢您的问题，我不得不承认，没有人是完美的，我也有缺点，实际上我不是一个特别自信的人，我有点害怕在公共场合演讲，当我演讲的时候，我非常的紧张以至于语速加快，我知道这是不自信的表现我努力的去克服，为了提高自己，我在大二开始就参加了学校组织的各种演讲活动，只要一有机会，我就会踊跃的尝试。每当我们不自信的时候，传递正能量是非常有必要的，不害怕失败，失败乃成功之母。其实失败也没什么，毕竟我们还年轻。逐渐地我发现向观众传递自己的观点，并让其明白，是一件有趣且有责任感的事。多亏了我之前的努力，我现在比以前更加自信了，希望能够继续提高自己，让自己变得更自信。
