we are back with a deep dive into how to radically love ourselves.
we are constantly reminding ourselves and each other that growth is not linear but rather spiral. Sometimes it seems like we are back where we started or even regressing, but we are giving ourselves acknowledgment and appreciation for how much work we are putting in to let our true selves shine through.
