I always want to buy a phone which can make me get rid of phone. I tried a lot, I bought unsmart phone(don't know how to call it, it only can call and send message). I bought blackberry, which is hard to get Internet. at last, I just failed. 😤
Yes, I agree with you. Using smart phones for a long time every day makes people feel a pain in the eyes and smart phones make people's mind not so active as usual. Maybe we should consciously reduce the times we use smart phones.

It’s funny because we call them smart phones.. but they don’t really make us smart.. and we use them in very silly ways
