赞美别人pay someone a compliment，还不显得巴结奉承suck up，简直是一门语言艺术。
这一期的OMG给大家解析一下不同情况下如何轻而易举的表达我们的赞美之情！
1. 如何赞美上级
好的上级给我们机会让我们在事业上有所发展的偶像，当他们给我们提出好的建议或是当我们从领导身上学到东西的时候我们当然要点赞。
要记得加上具体细节，比如：
Thanks so much for your advice on how to reply to that client. I can definitely see the importance of providing them with a comprehensive update and show confidence that everything is on track. 非常感谢你给我的关于回复客户的建议。给他们提供全方位的项目更新加上我们对按时完成的信心看来真的是很重要的。
2.如何赞美队友
在同一个团队上合作，队友的成功也是团队的成功，队友之间的点赞会让团队精神秒增。比如这样给队友加油：
I’ve received five separate calls and emails from clients, just in the last two hours, to say how much they love the new website. 两个小时以内我已经接到5个客户电话和邮件表示他们多看好我们的新网页。
3.如何赞美下属
给下属的赞美是一种很必要的正面反馈positive feedback，接收到真诚的赞美会让下属更加努力哒~比如：
I really appreciate your brilliant ideas on the project. We wrapped up ahead of schedule because of your creativity. 真的很感激你在这个项目上的好点子。我们能够提前完成多亏了你的创造力。
4.不同层次的赞美
除了根据不同对象的赞美我们还要注意赞美度the degree of your compliment，项目按要求完成和超出预期的表现总要有个轻重缓急，如果总是很夸张的说“you are the best”可能会显得虚假、不诚恳，总是喊“狼来了、狼来了”，三次以后就没人相信了。
