You have to get up

Life is not easy at all. There's gonna be challenges. You're gonna get beat down. That's the way life is. 

生活本就不易，处处充满挑战。你会被击败，这就是生活。

So, you sort of put a mask on your face and you go your home and lay in your bed where no one's looking at you, and you don't have to impress anybody and you're yourself. 

所以，你会稍加伪装自己，然后回家躺在床上，在家没有人会关注你，你也无需取悦任何人，你就是你自己。

And fear comes in. Maybe you don't know for sure what's gonna be happening in the future and it scares you. Just that fear paralyses you. And I just wanna ask you today, do you think you have hope? 

这时，恐惧油然而生。你不确定未来会发生什么，这让你惶恐不安。恐惧会让你瘫痪无力。今天我想要问问你，你觉得你还有希望吗？
