A: Mr black. I'd like to take this afternoon off if it's all right with it.

B: But Steven, you've called in sick three times during the last three weeks.

A: I know, Mr black. I'm sorry but I really need to see the doctor this afternoon. I feel dizzy and I can't concentrate on my work. 

B: All right,then. But don't forget to bring a doctor's note tomorrow.

A: OK, thank you. 

Translation:

布兰克先生，我今天下午想请假可以吗？

史蒂文，你这三周来已经请了三次假了。

我知道，对不起。但是我今天下午必须去看医生。我头晕，而且不能专心工作。

好吧，但是记得明天把医生开的证明拿来。

知道了，谢谢你。
