wrong grammer.

You also need to get out from translating what you want to say in your head, JUST try to form sentences spontaneously. It won't be perfect at first, but it will be more and more accurate with your practice.

2. Choose the topic you are interested in we are all humans, we have affections. If something make you feel happy, you will pass your feeling to the person you are facing in most cases.

Meanwhile, if you are interested in a specific field, you are familar with a lot of topic within such scope, you will confidence with what you are talking. It will motive yourself to talk more and share deeply, you brain will work in an active ways.

Defenitely, YOU may choose the daily topic, just like go over articles, recent news, talk about the weeks, the vacations.and so on.
