The iea is to ask them to stare into their purter ’ s eyes for at least 60 seconds , Neither purticipant should wea sumglasses . There my be some giegles at first , as people can fcel somewhat awkward during the first ty . But as they get the hang of i , it should become casier for them to make eye contac for longer amounts of times.
