Personally, I suppose some people get up early either for work or for school while others get up early simply because they enjoy it. These people who like getting up early might like having some extra time to relax in the morning before starting their day. As for why some people hate getting up early, I reckon it’s mainly because they struggle to wake up, maybe because of burning the night oil. These people may feel tired and drowsy all day long if they get up early.
