Think What You Are

[00:13.43]Carbon and oxygen taken together,

[00:15.98]one atom each,

[00:17.35]gives you the deadly gas carbon monoxide.

[00:21.22]On the other hand,

[00:23.04]these very two elements on some other proportion provide us

[00:27.34]with carbon dioxide,

[00:29.28]the harmless gas.

[00:30.94]When these basic elements can behave in this way

[00:34.46]so can the human mind!

[00:37.11]All human beings inhale the air from this very earth,

[00:40.93]consume nearly the same kind of food

[00:43.79]and live under the same sky gaining energy from its only source Sun.

[00:49.28]Then what makes an individual distinct from each other?

[00:52.88]It's the attitude,

[00:54.87]the behavior that distinguishes one from other person.

[00:58.24]The thought process going on in our brains in what differs.

[01:02.33]Solely our brains control our body,

[01:05.31]which in turn controls our living,

[01:07.61]our peace and happiness and overall progress as an individual.

[01:12.11]What we input is what we get.

[01:14.97]What we think is what we develop into.

[01:18.19]What we feed into our brains is what we get the outcome as.

[01:22.57]On reaping good thoughts and positive attitude

[01:25.67]in our minds the good follows.

[01:27.99]Bad thoughts creeping in should be plucked

[01:30.71]and thrown off as soon as possible.

[01:33.14]Human body takes commands from its brains and works.

[01:37.01]Our brains are functional always.

[01:40.15]So any kind of thought nurtured in our brains remain there even

[01:44.06]when we are not aware of their presence.

[01:46.31]These thoughts are processed without our conscious and the result follows.

[01:52.24]These outcomes can change our lives.

[01:54.86]At times when wrong words are spoken,

[01:57.53]they remain in our sub-conscious minds,

[02:00.21]without our awareness,

[02:02.01]and the wrong follows.

[02:03.50]Brain as a physical thing is not aware of

[02:06.95]what is right and what is wrong.

[02:08.78]When we think about things in some way and perspective with

[02:12.51]what we look at them for the first time remain in our mind.

[02:15.94]Our mind intends to take this perspective as true

[02:19.52]and makes way for it to follow.

[02:21.74]So on thinking well the good happens

[02:24.68]and wrong thought brings unhappy situations.

[02:27.55]Human beings learn from situations faced in life

[02:31.05]and their thinking is affected by the circumstances faced.

[02:35.76]Thus our life and our thoughts are mutually related.

[02:39.38]To lead a good life it is desired to think good.

[02:42.67]So it is rightly said,

[02:44.66]What you think is not what you are...

[02:46.93]but what you THINK is what you are!
