第一章 自我介绍准备
自我介绍几乎是所有面试都有的内容，而且考官的进一步的面试问题也是个人信息有关。内容一般2分钟左右，会包括个人姓名，出生年月和家乡（不是必要内容），学习和工作经历，性格特征，个人喜好，未来学习规划。
先说下心态准备：自我介绍其实没有我们想象的那么重要，占比有限，但是一定要认真准备。过程中注意礼貌，正式，你的肢体语言放松自然。微笑的人运气都不会太差，和每个考官尽量有眼神接触，注意别人的反应是加快节奏还是多一些内容。
下面我们按照常见流程和部分介绍自我介绍的素材。
首先老师会说： 
Please introduce yourself
Please give us a self-introduction
Please give us a brief presentation of yourself
另外也有学校会让介绍自己工作单位，学校，家庭等情况。

1.打招呼方式，也注意面试场合的套话
Good morning\afternoon
May I come in? Thanks a lot.

下面这句是一个台湾版本的自我介绍内容的：I’d be happy to。其实就要稍微和别人不一样点，就好些了。


2.个人信息
I am Zhang Wei. My first name is Wei. My family name is Zhang. You can call my Lao Zhang. 
有些Tony老师让大家准备个英文名字，这个没有必要。
My name is Liu Yifei, same as the famous actress.
I’m 22. I’m 31 years old.
I was born and raised in Anhui. I used to live in Hefei. I moved to Wuhan one month ago.
One of my favorite things in life is cleaning my room while listening to music. 
注意和你未来读研不相关的个人信息不用说，比如什么听音乐，运动，爱旅行之类的。除非——
I am a real rapper, AKA Great Brother. I can freestyle：ZheJiang WenZhou, PiGeChang DaoBi Le. 


3.家庭信息
I come from a small family with three people: my parents and I. I’m the only child.
There are five people in my family: my parents, my brother and sister, and me.
I’m the middle child, and I’m one year younger than my elder brother.
I’m the eldest(youngest) child in my family.
My father is a doctor. He is a fan of Xiao Zhan. My mom is a typical homemaker and takes care our small family well. My elder brother is a policeman. My younger brother will finish primary school this year.
其实你的家庭信息如果和未来读研无关，就不用啰嗦了，Who Cares？


4.教育信息
I am a 4th year student at Anhui University.
I graduated from HuaDong University, majoring in Economics.
I studied in ABC College and graduated in 2012 with a degree in arts.
I am currently finishing my last year at ABC college studying Computer science.
I completed my Bachelor of commerce from ABC University Accounting Department in 2011, with high grades.
In school, I excelled in my computer-related classes, particularly became interested in software development.
Last summer, I interned at Cisco Anhui Branch Office, where I took charge of the statistical analysis for local market. 
I have three months of internship experience in ABC company, which has taught me about how to formulate a new idea and communicate those ideas effectively to the rest of team. 
As the vice president of students union, I coordinated and led our team to initiate a volunteer teacher project for the children of migrant laborers school.  
学校类常用词：

如果你有些奖励和头衔，那肯定要说了：
Outstanding Student Award & First-class Scholarship；Won the national motivational scholarships; Outstanding Graduate of Jinan University；First prize of Jiangsu Province University Student Business Plan Contest；Karate (Black belt)；Advanced level 10 of piano playing
来亮点了：join the Communist Party of China in 2015, excellent Party member


5.工作经历
I am currently employed at ABC company as the sales manager.
I have been in E-business industry for three years. 
I have five years’ experience in the engineering field, particularly in project management.
I have been working at ABC company for 5 years as a marketing manager. My main responsibilities included directing our sales department and analyzing the marketing strategy, as well as working with the after-sale department. 
I have been the top salesperson for the past two years. So I was promoted to the senior sales manager last month.


工作类常用词
part-time, appoint, assist, head office, branch, personnel department, accounting department, purchasing department, board, director, supervisor, supplier, consumer, client, finance manager, production line, quality control management 


6.专长性格
I am a quick learner.
I am able to handle tough situation.
I find it easy to communicate with the others.
With my friends, I am really talkative. I would like to think that I am a very outgoing person. In reality, I am a rather introverted person.
I’m a bit of an introvert. I would say that I am a really good listener. I would describe myself as a very shy person.（这个有风险）
I’m a warm-hearted person. I’m willing to help anyone at any time. I’m never too busy to do others a favor.
注意：如果太多的I am和I think就不太好了，比如第一句就可以修改为：I consider myself as a fast learner. 也可以加：To my friends; My friends say。
注意：在全国考生都是easy-going, extrovert, open-minded的情况下，你得换换词了。个人性格常用词：
humorous, responsible, energetic, independent, industrious, dedicated, focused, positive, creative, flexible, adaptable, insightful, strong-willed, broad-minded, self-starter, self-control, self-discipline, organizing ability, observation power 
注意：在全国考生都是easy-going, extrovert, open-minded的情况下，得换词。个人性格常用词（注意词性）：
In general, I am a self-disciplined and cooperative person, with a sense of time-management and the ability of team-working.
推荐：
I am open to cooperation and team-working. I am well prepared for the challenge of the coming three years.


如果是在职考生，就尽量展现你成熟负责职业化的一面。
I am results-driven and highly organized person. I am a people person. （这是我抄的）
Our company has an experience of over seven years as pioneer in our field.（当然你也可以介绍自己公司来烘托自己）
职场常用词：
team-spirit, problem-solving, pursuit of excellence, dutiful, honest, earnest, outstanding employee, model worker, demonstrate and undertake the social responsibility, goal-oriented
请大家思考，万一让你描述你的老师，同学，老板咋办？


7.未来规划（主要还是聚焦读研计划，包括：为啥这个专业、这个学校；你打算完成什么；你能贡献什么）
Having completed Bachelor’s studies in human resource management, my passion grew stronger to continue my study in marketing management in this university.
In addition to my personal interest, the reason for pursuing this particular field is that I intend to study more practical theories of education technology and even make my own contributions to the education field.
For my future plans, my short-term goal is to learn the necessary experiment skills and research methods. 
My long-term career goal is to continue my PHD study in this department and become a qualified member of scientist community.
I would like to end by saying that I am fully aware that a career in research and academics requires a high level of intelligence, dedication and sacrifice. 
I am confident that I will meet all the demands of future study and I am extremely looking forward to starting my new journey of research here.
