1. VOLUNTEER AMBULANCE DRIVERS HELP WITH HOSPITAL TRANSFERS
爱心守沪助医出行 首批120志愿者驾驶员今日上岗服务
The Shanghai Medical Emergency Center has been looking for volunteers to drive ambulances【救护车】 since last week and more than 10,000 local residents have applied. After several rounds of selections, a total of 30 people got the job and six of them have started the work today. Lei Shuran has more. 
自上周以来，上海医疗急救中心一直在寻找救护车驾驶志愿者，目前已收到了1万余人报名。经过筛选，首批入围的志愿者共有30名，其中6人已于今天开始工作。记者雷舒然带来更多详细报道。

24-year-old Mr. Liao is the youngest of the applicants. He works in the legal service industry but he's also earned a certificate from the Red Cross in First Aid. 
24岁的小廖是首批志愿者驾驶员中年龄最小的。他的本职是一名法务工作者，但他也获得了红十字会的急救证书。

Since my parents are working in a hospital, I want to join them and help the country fight the pandemic.

Liao is among the first group of 30 volunteers who arrived at Shilong Road in Xuhui to receive training, most of them are experienced drivers.    
小廖是首批抵达石龙路的30名志愿者之一，他们在徐汇区统一接受培训，且他们大部分人都是经验丰富的驾驶员。

The applicants are all men under the age of 50 who have C1 driver's licenses, they've been driving for more than five years and have excellent driving records. 
这次招募的驾驶员，要求男性，50岁以下，拥有C1驾照，实际驾龄5年以上，并且保持着良好的驾驶记录。

Today, a total of six applicants have passed the test after going through training and they'll be divided into three two-man teams.

Unlike traditional ambulances, the vehicles that the volunteers drive won't have any medical staff on borad to handle emergency calls. These driver's will spend most of their time transferring patients from communities to hospitals. 
和传统的120救护车不同，这次志愿者上岗驾驶的“助医出行车”不配备急救医生处理急救电话，只负责从社区到医院或从医院回社区的普通就医运转工作。

A video of deliverymen spending the night under a bridge in Putuo District recently attracted widespread attention on social media, highlighting the ongoing problems with food distribution during the lockdown. Zhang Yue has more. 
近日，一段骑手在普陀区一桥洞下过夜的视频在社交媒体上引起了广泛关注，反映了疫情期间食品派送方面的问题。记者张乐带来更多详细报道。

Nearly 20,000 deliverymen have been allowed out during the lockdown. Most are housed in designated【指定的】hotels arranged by their companies, while some endure rough conditions like sleeping under bridges. Many of them are migrant workers who lost their jobs due to the lockdown. 
疫情期间，有近2万名骑手允许外出。他们大多数人住在公司安排的酒店里，然而也有一些人忍受着恶劣的生活条件，比如睡在桥洞下面。其中很多人是因封城失去工作的外来务工人员。

This place is smelly, but it's windy and cold outside. Who else is willing to sleep here? 这里味道特别重，但是外面有风，很冷。谁愿意住里面啊？

Many deliverymen are worried about the risk of infection due to their poor accommodations. Those sleeping outside this cafe say there were some positive cases here. Some have even stopped doing deliveries now as they don't know whether they are infected.
很多骑手都担心混住可能引发的感染风险。睡在餐馆外面的骑手说这里之前有一些阳性病例。有些骑手不知道自己是否被感染了，于是停止了跑单。

There were some cases before I came here, and they were transferred. I'm worried about it. 我来这里之前，就已经有几个感染了，之后他们被转运走了。我也很担心。

After getting a negative antigen【抗原】 test result, Wang says he feels relieved. He says many deliverymen have to stay in such places as many hotels are unwilling to accommodate them. Seeing the difficulties their employees endure, some delivery companies say they are now trying to provide accommodation. And local governments are also working with those companies to track them and arrange more hotels to lodge【为（某人）提供住宿】 them. 
在抗原检测结果呈阴性后，王师傅才稍许放心。他说许多骑手不得不呆在这些地方，因为很多酒店不愿意接待他们。看到骑手们遇到的困难，平台公司表示，他们正在努力为骑手们提供住宿。地方政府也在与这些企业合作，为骑手们安排更多的酒店住宿。

We will help them as long as the commerce commission classifies them as essential workers during the lockdown. 如果商务委认定这些人是保供重要力量，我们会帮助他们。

For its part, the commerce commission says it is also helping delivery platforms reopen more workplaces, storehouses as well as pick-up points to solve the problem.

It will help with both accommodation and getting companies back up and running. And we're now working with local communities to identify the deliverymen who need accommodation. 这样能够解决住宿问题，也可以帮助企业复工。现在我们正在与当地社区合作，确认需要住宿的骑手。

Apartments have already been arranged for some deliverymen. And they are required to take one PCR test and two antigen tests a day.

Putuo district officials say they're working with 37 hotels to arrange 574 rooms to accommodate deliverymen, and trying to improve their access to workplaces as well. 
普陀区负责人表示，他们正在与37家酒店合作，为骑手们安排了574间房间，努力为他们的通勤提供便捷。

3.UNITED STATES TAKES FIRST STEP TOWARDS REVIEW OF CHINA TARIFFS
美国启动对华加征关税复审程序
The Biden administration is starting a review of tariffs on more than 300 billion US dollars in Chinese imports, which would automatically begin to expire in July.
美国政府迈出了对逾3000亿美元中国商品被加征的关税进行评估的第一步，以防此类关税在7月开始自动到期。

The US Trade Representative's office yesterday notified industry representatives of the tariffs' possible end, and offering them the opportunity to request that they remain. If a request for continuation is received by July 6th, the USTR will keep the tariffs in place while it conducts a review to determine their necessity going forward. In 2018, the US initiated an investigation on Chinese imports under Section 301 of the US Trade Act, and levied an additional 25 percent tariff on Chinese products for 4 years. China has urged the US to remove the additional tariffs that were unilaterally【单方面地】 imposed on China's goods, and put China-US bilateral【双边的】 trade and economic ties back on the right track.
美国贸易代表办公室昨日告知相关行业代表关税可能取消，行业代表可以申请维持加征的关税。如果行业代表在7月6日之前向美国贸易代表办公室提出申请，该办公室将依据申请对相关关税进行复审，复审期间将维持这些关税。2018年，美国依据其《1974年贸易法》第301条对从中国进口的商品发起调查，并对进口自中国的商品加征25%关税，为期4年。中方敦促美方尽快取消对华单边加征的关税，推动双边经贸关系早日回到正常轨道。
