1.other表示另外的,只能作定语，经常与复数可数名词和不可数名词连用。例如，Jane suggested a camping holiday, but Mike had other ideas. 简建议野外露营度假，但是迈克有不同的想法。修饰可数名词的复数。再如： I have had some of it and I‘ll have other bread tomorrow我已经吃了一些面包了，另一些明天吃。这个地方的other修饰不可数名词。
