As a matter of fact, I grew up in ahealth-conscious(注重健康的) household, so I haveadopted(采取,采用) healthy habits since I was young. I can vividly recall that my father used to have me get up early in the morning and then take me to a local high school playground for some light exercise.

Nowadays, I get out of bed at about 5:30 a.m., put on my joggers and trainers, and go for a one-hour walk before I start my day. I would then begin walking down the public park close to my apartment, but if I'mnot in the mood(没心情) for a walk, I would ride my bicycle since it is more convenient. I firmly believe that the morning air is incredibly beneficial to one's health since the air and environment are fresher in the morning than at any other time of the day. Soinhaling(吸入) fresh air, as well as exercising, is unquestionably a healthy practice. Besides, walking was proven to improvecardiovascular(心血管的) fitness and muscleendurance(耐力). Also, my father always tells me that a sound mind rests on a fit body, and I have experiencedfirsthand(直接地) that this habit is advantageous to my overall physical health and mental well-being.

I started doing this early morning exercise a few years ago, but now I almost always have two of my friends or cousins with me as they alsotake pleasure in(乐于,喜欢) exercising. However, I can only wish all of us wouldengage in(参与) any fitness activity since it will benefit us in the long run.
