I opened my restaurant in Shanghai almost nine years before (ago).

Everybody said, they called me, OK, but you are open.

The Shanghai government estimates that more than 80,000 small and micro-sized companies, as well as individually-run businesses qualify for rent exemptions. That’s more than 10 billion yuan in rent exemptions.
